Jam muffins

Now that you can find our homemade alcoholic jam online, either to buy for yourself or to offer, we


Ingredients (for about 10-12 muffins):

  • 200 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 spoon of baking powder
  • 75 ml of milk
  • 5 cl of your favourite spirit (preferably the same as the one in the jam)
  • 80 ml of seed oil
  • 1 egg
  • your favourite Spiritasty jam (we used Plum, dark chocolate and rum and Apricot, peach and grappa)



Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a jar, add flour, baking powder, sugar and mix.

In another one, beat eggs with milk, your chosen spirit and oil.

Pour the liquid mixture over the powdery one and mix with a wooden spoon (don’t mix too much though batter must be lumpy!).

Fill each muffin cup about 1/3 full, add 2 teaspoons of jam then cover with the rest of the muffin dough. Don’t fill too much your cup as they will rise with a nice surprise inside!

Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden.

Tips: It will be difficult but wait until your jam muffins are completely cool to eat them! It’s totally worth it! 😉
